Il y a un certain temps, nous vous avons parl\u00e9 \u00e0 propos d’un tr\u00e8s beau projet o\u00f9 ils ont utilis\u00e9 plusieurs produits de notre entreprise. Et oui, on vous parle du coll\u00e8ge Bizilore<\/a> et nous arrivons aujourd’hui avec la deuxi\u00e8me partie du projet. En son temps, nous vous avons montr\u00e9 quelques photos, mais maintenant que le restaurant a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert, il est temps de le conna\u00eetre un peu mieux.<\/p>\n

L’Association Bizilore a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2013, avec le motif de dynamiser le domaine de l’\u00e9ducation, et \u00e0 partir de ce moment, son \u00e9volution a \u00e9t\u00e9 importante. Tout d’abord, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un projet \u00e9ducatif approuv\u00e9 et puis, le d\u00e9sir d\u2019obtenir un Projet d’\u00c9ducation Int\u00e9grale. Qu’est-ce que cela signifie pour Bizilore? Ils ne pouvaient pas limiter leur d\u00e9sir \u00e9ducatif seulement aux enfants, mais aussi \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Donc, ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre forme les conf\u00e9rences, les activit\u00e9s de loisirs, les s\u00e9ances de th\u00e9rapie psychomotrice, et de nombreuses autres formations.<\/p>\n

Comme mentionn\u00e9, l’id\u00e9e de l’auberge-restaurant n’\u00e9tait pas dans les plans depuis le d\u00e9but. Cependant, d\u00e8s qu’ils ont fait le compte rendu \u00a0de la viabilit\u00e9 du projet, ils ont constat\u00e9 que l’\u00e9cole ne serait pas viable sans aucune autre source de revenus. Dans ce contexte, ils ont choisi un b\u00e2timent qui r\u00e9pondait aux exigences d’une \u00e9cole, et qui leur permettait de cr\u00e9er un service face au public \u00e9conomiquement rentable; une auberge de jeunesse.<\/p>\n

Et donc, le projet a grandi \u00e0 un tr\u00e8s bon rythme. Il n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile, ils ont d\u00fb travailler dur, surmonter les obstacles, et des nombreux maux de t\u00eate. Mais, ils ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 surmonter tout cela gr\u00e2ce au travail en \u00e9quipe et aux partenariats communautaires.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 partir du 27 f\u00e9vrier nous pourrons profiter du bar et du service de restauration, avec le prestigieux chef Mikel Uria \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la cuisine. Ils l\u2019ont contact\u00e9 avec l’intention de lui demander son avis et \u00e0 la fin, ils ont convenu de travailler en \u00e9quipe. En ce sens, l’association consid\u00e8re comme un cadeau de pouvoir compter sur son exp\u00e9rience, sa professionnalisme et de son humilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le restaurant aura un grand espace o\u00f9 vous pourrez lire, jouer et profiter d’un caf\u00e9 du commerce \u00e9quitable. L’ouverture de l’auberge de jeunesse est pr\u00e9vue pour le 11 mars et aura 6 chambres pour 4 personnes et deux suites doubles avec service de petit-d\u00e9jeuner.<\/p>\n
